My kids loves the pork serve this way, It's easy to make and I usually eat with Japanese curry.
Ingredients
3 slices pork loin or tenderloin, about 1 cm. thick
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. butter milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup tempura flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup fresh or dried bread crumbs
Oil for deep-frying

Directions
Prepare the pork, By removing any extra fat or tough silver skin from the sides of the cutlet. then pound it with the back of the knife.

Meanwhile in a small mixing bowl add soy sauce, milk, garlic powder and ground pepper then mix all the ingredients together, Add the pork, Mix well, Marinade it for 15 minutes or more.

To deep fry, Bring about 2 inches of oil to about 350° F/175° C in a heavy-bottomed pot or deep-fryer. Drop a little breadcrumb in the oil to check if it’s hot enough. It should start frying with bubbles right away.

Dredge lightly in flour. Dip into beaten egg and then press into breadcrumbs.
Lay 1 or 2 cutlets in the hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown. About 5 minutes or so. Remove from pan, Drain an oil on paper tower.
Cut pork crosswise at 1 cm or serve tonkatsu whole with steak knives, also serving worcestershire sauce and salad along the side.
